Backed by the power of the RBHS Information Technology Department, the Access Center has developed proprietary software designed to handle data collection for behavioral health center clinicians and for triaging behavioral health clients. On site programmers work with each client organization to develop requirements for customized data entry and reporting. Customized scheduling systems are available for an additional fee.

Technology includes:

  • Automatic Call Distribution System
  • Accurate call management and call accounting system
  • Dedicated toll free numbers for each agency/program
  • Personalized greetings for each agency/program
  • Customized reports that show volume, time and type of call
  • Data systems built using Microsoft SQL Server
  • Redundant and clustered Data systems
  • Data systems that are backed up using multiple methodologies each night for disaster control
  • Systems that are all fully fire walled and have anti-virus protection updated daily
  • All systems are patched on a scheduled or on demand basis with updates pushed managed by UBHC IS and RBHS IST
  • Data are compartmentalized so that contracted users see only their data and cannot see others
