Residential Services

Population Served: Severely and persistently mentally ill adults (ages 18 and over) who are:

1. Currently on CEPP status at a state hospital
2. Homeless or at risk of homelessness

Referral Source: State Hospital, community based providers of homeless services
Service Provided: Case management services to include voucher management, skills building, advocacy, medical and behavioral health supports and linkage to community based providers.
Length of Service: Dependent on individual consumer needs

Supported Housing Program – HUD VASH

UBHC serves over 180 homeless veterans throughout the state of New Jersey through the HUD VASH program throughout the state. Only serves referrals from the Federal VA.
