Evidence based, solution-focused, confidential counseling, including a client portal to allow clients to easily and conveniently request appointments.
Counseling is available Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am – 8:00 pm, Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or Saturday or Sunday mornings.
- Management consultations: for leaders to help address employee performance or behavioral concerns, navigate sensitive employee-related situations and help upskill managers to build and retain high performing teams.
- Workshops: relevant and engaging workshops for employees and managers. Some of the most frequently requested ones are: Managing Stress to Avoid Burnout, Communication Skills, Managing Difficult Encounters, Team Building, Imposter Phenomenon, and many more!
- Orientations: The EAP Clinician will explain the importance of caring for our whole selves, both our physical and mental health. The clinician will explain the full scope of services and how to easily access them.
- Executive Coaching: provides a confidential space for reflection, helps leaders identify blind spots and align actions with organizational goals. Choosing to partner with a certified Executive Coach is the first step you can take on your path towards continuous growth and resilience and exposing your full talents.

- Critical Incident Response Services: In cases of a workplace tragedy, EAP Clinicians are available to provide services, in-person or virtually. Critical Incident counseling/debriefing can help the healing process begin. The Clinician will guide group and individual discussions to explore common reactions to loss and trauma, as well as strategies to stay healthy and build resilience.
