Our Four Step Process

Before we put an EAP program in place at your company, we look at your workgroup, your health benefits, existing policies, labor relations history, EAP history and your company goals. From there, we advise you on the best model of EAP services to suit your needs.

We follow a proven four step process, designed to give you the services you and your employees need to succeed:

Step 1: Pre Implementation Meeting

  • Analysis of your needs
  • Coordination of EAP policies with other policies
  • Supervisory training content and format
  • Program promotional priorities

Step 2: Implementation Services

This step involves a focused discussion on how to maximize the return on your investment, and usually involves:

  • Onsite orientation for all employees
  • Brief supervisory training on how to utilize the EAP and how to make a supervisory referral
  • Distribution of promotional materials to help you spread the word about the EAP to your workforce
  • Assistance in the development, refinement and coordination with additional policies and procedures which interface with the EAP

Step 3: Program Maintenance:

To help every employee realize the value of the EAP, you receive:

  • Yearly onsite seminars on the behavioral/mental health topic of your choice
  • Unlimited management consultation concerning employees with behavioral health issues
  • Confidential counseling services to help employees and household members
  • Quarterly reports regarding program usage
  • Onsite response by a counselor(s) in the event of a critical incident

Step 4: Convenient Counseling Services:

  • Daytime and evening hours
  • Locations throughout New Jersey with main offices in Newark, Piscataway and Voorhees
