I am Fatema Colombowala and I am a Psychology Intern at Rutgers UBHC in Newark, completing major rotation training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. I work together with the primary care team to help manage the mental, emotional, and behavioral aspects of health. Whether individuals are dealing with stress, a new medical diagnosis, or sleep issues, I provide practical, short-term strategies to improve well-being. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, trying new foods, and finding new movies to watch!
