Jazz Moore, a Licensed Counselor, has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, providing client-centered, evidence-based care. Her compassionate approach is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and meaningful change throughout life’s challenges. She provides client-centered, evidence-based care using an eclectic therapeutic approach that is thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, and worldview. Her clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating additional evidence-based and relational approaches as appropriate. She prioritizes creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing process. She believes the therapeutic relationship is a central component of meaningful change and works collaboratively with clients to build insight, emotional awareness, and effective coping skills. She takes a holistic view of emotional health and recognizes the interconnectedness of emotional and cognitive experiences across the lifespan. Jazz values each client’s strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth, and strives to help clients develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and self-compassion. Her goal is to support clients in fostering lasting change and a healthy emotional well-being.
