Holly Lister, PhD,

Program Coordinator, Center for Integrated Care; Program Director, RUISTP and RUISIP


Holly Lister is a psychologist at RUBHC who oversees initiatives within the Center for Integrated Care at Rutgers Health. Dr. Lister manages and supported the implementation of BRTI’s Integrated Care program in the RWJBarnabas departments of Pediatrics, and Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences. Within this program, Dr. Lister provides guidance on the integrated care model to providers and staff, and supervises Behavioral Health Consultants who provide services in these primary care settings. Dr. Lister is the PI and Program Director of three HRSA-funded programs (RUISTP, RUISIP, and E-RUISTP) that focus on behavioral health workforce training and expansion, as well as increasing integrated care access points across New Jersey. As part of RUISIP, Dr. Lister developed and is a primary supervisor for the Integrated Primary Care track of the UBHC Doctoral Psychology Internship Program in Piscataway. Dr. Lister previously assisted the implementation of an integrated behavioral health-primary care program within a large academic medical system that serviced communities in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan. There she also provided integrated primary care services in the department of Family Medicine. Dr. Lister has served as clinical and research staff on NIH-funded substance use disorder (SUD) grants, presented on SUD and other behavioral health topics nationally, and published peer-reviewed articles in the areas of SUD, behavioral health, and integrated care.
