Natalie Guidice is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who earned her Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University. Natalie’s role as a Behavioral Health Consultant in Pediatrics began in 2019. Natalie began her career working in an adult partial hospitalization program working with consumers experiencing serious mental illness. She has also served as an outpatient therapist working with children, adolescents and adults. Natalie’s most recent role was at Hackensack Meridian Health—Carrier Clinic, working as a clinician on the adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit. Natalie’s interest areas include person centered care, and strengths based, solution focused therapeutic approaches. Her goal is to bring positivity into the lives of the people she serves and support them to thrive in their communities.
