Leonard Estrada, MSW, LCSW (Master of Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker) has collaborated with 100+ behavioral health organizations on infusing wellness & recovery evidence-based/best practices throughout New Jersey and the nation. Currently a full-time trainer and consultant at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care’s Behavioral Research and Training Institute, Len is actively involved in a number of state-wide implementation projects including the Co-Occurring Disorders Learning Community and Foundations of Behavioral Health Training Series. He’s a certified Nurtured Heart trainer. As a volunteer in the community, he co-facilitates a support group for parents who have experienced miscarriage or early infant loss. Through all interactions, Len humbly shares meaningful & actionable ideas tailored to one’s goals & passions.
