Jennifer Kugler, LPC, ACS, is the Coordinator of the Salem County Traumatic Loss Coalition. Jen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling & Applied Psychology. Jen has been in the field for close to twenty years as a clinician, supervisor and administrator. When asked what her favorite part of being the TLC Coordinator is Jen said, “I consider the support that I provide as a Coordinator to be a privilege. While at times, I provide education and training, I also support individuals, schools, and communities during some of their worst moments. I never underestimate the importance of this support and the honor I feel in doing so. I have had the opportunity to assist several districts in creating crisis response teams over the years. Not only does this mean more people are trained to respond and assist, but that appropriate, evidence-based information continues to grow and becomes embedded in the community.”
