↩ Overview
In honor of National Sleep Awareness Week (3/9/2025 - 3/15/2025), join the Traumatic Loss Coalition for a conversation with Dr. Tina Goldstein, Researcher and Professor of Psychiatry, and Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Goldstein's presentation delves into the complex relationship between sleep health and suicidal behavior, highlighting findings from her prospective study. The research examines how disruptions in sleep patterns—such as insomnia, poor sleep quality, and irregular sleep schedules—may increase the risk of suicidal ideation and behaviors.
