- Intensive Outpatient Program: Cherry Hill
This is a 4-6 week program for adults ages, 18+ with a focus on utilizing DBT skills to manage and relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression. Participants attend sessions for 3 hours /3 days a week of groups sessions, weekly individual sessions facilitated by a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician Family therapy sessions are available and medication management appointments are provide to all participants. Each person is encouraged to individualize and practice these skills in order to obtain relief from chronic symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.
- Intensive Outpatient Program: Edison
This is a 4 week, 12 session structured program for adults ages, 18+ with a focus on utilizing DBT skills to manage and relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression. Participants attend sessions for 3 hours /3 days a week of groups sessions that are facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who employs various strategies and mediums to support participants. Each person is encouraged to individualize and practice these skills in order to obtain relief from chronic symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. In addition to group sessions, the program offers individual and family therapy with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and medication management appointments with a Licensed Medical Provider.
- Intensive Outpatient Program: Monmouth Junction
Our program is a 4 week, 12 session structured program for adults 18+, with a focus on learning and utilizing DBT skills to manage and relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression. Participants attend for 3 hours /3 days a week of group sessions facilitated by a Licensed Mental Health Clinician. Each participant is encouraged to individualize and practice learned skills in order to obtain relief from chronic symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. In addition to group sessions, our program offers individual and family therapy with a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and psychiatric medication management appointments with a Licensed Medical Provider.
- Intensive Outpatient Program: Newark
This is a 4 week, 12 session structured program for adults ages 18 and up with a focus on consumers with addictions, co-occurring, and general mood and anxiety disorders. Participants attend group sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am-12pm, weekly individual therapy and psychiatric medication management, including medication assisted treatment.
- Intensive Outpatient Program: Women’s Trauma Program: Piscataway
The Women's Trauma Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who wish to maintain their daily routine and also require more intensive therapy. Programming uses Cognitive Behavioral and Somatic Therapies for any woman who has experienced trauma. Participants attend for 3 hours /3 days a week of group sessions, weekly individual sessions facilitated by a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and a Psychiatric assessment. Family sessions can be scheduled. The program is 4-8 week in duration.
- Substance Abuse Treatment Services (SATS) IOP: New Brunswick
The Substance Abuse Treatment Services (SATS) IOP provides evidenced based (Matrix Model, DBT, Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment, SMART Recovery) intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with opioid dependence. Treatment includes 3 hours of groups three times a week, weekly individual therapy, and medication management with Suboxone and Vivitrol and other neuroleptics for co-occurring disorders. Individuals who are admitted to our Ambulatory Withdrawal Management Program are provided the opportunity to attend 4 weeks of IOP prior to transition to outpatient treatment in our Specialized Addiction Treatment program.
- Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program: Piscataway
This is a 4 week 12 session structured program for young adults, ages 18-24 with a focus on utilizing DBT skills to manage and relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression. The program is geared towards addressing life challenges that are unique to the college-age population. Participants attend sessions for 3 hours/3 days a week that are facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who uses a combination of educational/informative lectures, worksheets and audio visuals including C.D.’s/webinars, and u-Tube to teach skills to participants. Each person is encouraged to individualize and practice these skills in order to obtain relief from chronic symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. In addition to group sessions, the program offers individual and family therapy with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and medication management appointments with a Licensed Medical Provider.
