The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires all hospitals to make available online a list of standard hospital charges, discounted cash prices, payer-specific negotiated charges and de-identified minimum and maximum negotiated charges. Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care’s current hospital charges and negotiated rates can be downloaded here and here in either a machine redable or consumer friendly format .
