Primary care physicians can access timely psychiatric evaluation and consultation through telemedicine. Psychiatric medication management is also available to support patient care.
Care Coordination & Referrals
The Essex HUB helps connect patients with appropriate behavioral health services through direct referrals and care coordination. The team provides linkages to additional services based on individual needs.
